Typical response time is 1-3 business days between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Business days do not include weekends or holidays when the university is closed.
The concealed carry of handguns is prohibited in patient care areas at UT Austin, including those areas in which professional mental health services are provided. Because a significant majority of the Student Services Building (SSB) is devoted to patient care, the entire SSB is exempt from the concealed carry of handguns. A Coordinator is available to answer emails and voicemails Monday-Friday between 10:00am-3:00pm.
Virtual Drop In appointments are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am-10:00am and 12:30pm-1:30pm. You can schedule a Virtual Drop In appointment here.

Executive Director
Kelli Bradley is the leader and primary point-of-contact of D&A, oversees the 18-person team, budget, and day-to-day operations.
MarloJo Scroggins
Director of Campus Communication and Access
MarloJo Scroggins oversees all campus-wide Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing (D/HH) communication services for students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
Jasper Howard
Director of Campus Collaborations and Access
Jasper Howard oversees the advancement of campus-wide accessibility initiatives through proactive collaborations, data analysis, and outreach.
Camryn Callaway
Associate Director
Camryn Callaway supervises Access Coordinators, trains new D&A staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for campus stakeholders regarding student-related accessibility questions.
Maurice Renfro
Assistant Director
Maurice Renfro is responsible for maintaining policy and process consistency within the department, training new D&A staff, and directing the D&A intern program.
D&A Access Coordinators
Access Coordinators determine reasonable accommodations, counsel, and assist students with disabilities. Access Coordinators work with faculty and stakeholders to implement accommodations.

Assistive Technology Access Coordinator
Andrew De Avila assists D&A staff and students with digital accessibility and supports accessibility practices campus-wide. Also coordinates exam administration and assistive technology services in the Assistive Technology Education Center (ATEC).
