Drop-in and Office Hours

Disability and Access offers a variety of ways for UT students, faculty, staff, parents and prospective students to connect with our office. Please review these appointment types below!

Drop-in Appointments provide an opportunity for UT students (not already registered with D&A), faculty, staff, parents and prospective students to ask general questions or get information via email, phone call or virtual appointments with a D&A staff member. Virtual appointments are available 9:00am-10am and 12:30-1:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. D&A coordinators rotate coverage throughout the week.

Students who want to request interviews for a class assignment or publication should submit anĀ interview request. Interviews cannot be conducted during a Drop-in appointment.

Schedule Drop-in Appointment Here!

Office Hours are for students who are registered with D&A and have an assigned Access Coordinator. While students who are registered with D&A can call or email their coordinator at any time, each coordinator offers weekly Office Hours as a way to provide opportunities to connect with students directly. Registered students can connect with their coordinator during Office Hours via Teams. Students can also contact their coordinator to set up a scheduled time to meet outside of Office Hours.

D&A Directors do not offer regularly scheduled Office Hours. If your coordinator is Kelli Bradley, MarloJo Scroggins, Jasper Howard, Camryn Callaway, or Maurice Renfro please email them directly to schedule a time to meet.
