Business Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Drop-In and Office Hours
We offer drop-ins for students not yet registered with D&A, faculty, staff, parents and prospective students with general questions.
In-Person Drop-Ins
No appointment is required, but availability is dependent on staff availability during these hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:30-4 p.m.
- Friday 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Virtual Drop-Ins
Appointments are required and available during these hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: from 9-10 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9-10 a.m.
Office Hours
During the long semesters, you can attend office hours with your assigned coordinator if you are already registered with D&A. Each coordinator offers weekly office hours via Teams or in person at SSB 3.200G.

Campus Carry
The concealed carry of handguns is prohibited in patient care areas at UT Austin, including those areas in which professional mental health services are provided. Because a significant majority of the Student Services Building (SSB) is devoted to patient care, the entire SSB is exempt from the concealed carry of handguns.
