Release of Information

As a college student, you are responsible for requesting your accommodations. If you want D&A to speak with anyone outside our office, such as a parent, doctor, therapist or other UT personnel, you must complete a Release of Information (ROI). Even with an ROI, we will continue to communicate primarily with you.

Keep in mind that an ROI for a healthcare provider only gives us permission to communicate with them; it does not serve as documentation for accommodations.
